Saturn takes about 29 and a half years to go around the Sun.

That’s why the 1st Saturn return usually happens to you at around age 29.

The second one is at about 58-59 years old.

It’s interesting that two of astrology's biggest “I need to grow up and reassess my life” periods happen at ages when people often do that.
